We offer microfabrication of Parylene-based microelectrode arrays and other devices as a free-service to academic and other non-profit users. Multi-Project Wafer (MPW) runs are scheduled monthly, and entail simultaneous fabrication of user-submitted designs on shared wafers as a means to reduce turn-around time.
We schedule MPW runs on the second Monday of each month. User submissions are due on the first monday of each month. Typical turn around times are 10-15 working days. The next submission due date is Monday May 3rd, 2021.
Interested users should consult our capabilities and guidelines, contact our staff by email at piefoundry@usc.edu, or submit a proposal and design file (.gds, .dxf, or gerberized file required).
Our MPW services are the ideal solution for researchers seeking rapid device fabrication of polymer MEAs or other flexible microelectronic devices. Our engineers can turn your designs into high-quality devices, accelerating your research and freeing you from difficult microfabrication.
